Being an Innovative Educator COLLAPSE

Hello All, I personally do consider myself to be an innovative educator with my current job title. As a financial advisor, a lot of the strategies and methods that I am teaching my students will benefit them in the future. Mostly if not all the methods can be used in real life situations. In John Kotter video, “Communicating a Vision of Change” he explains how when you’re trying to communicate a mass message it’s important to find ways to be sufficient. He also explains how being extremely informative can lead to under communicating. For example, last week I had someone from the local bank “Education First,” come and speak to students about the importance of managing credit. She explained what credit is and how it plays a major role in your finances. There was even some role playing demonstrated to showcase what questions should be asked when financing a car from a lender.
